Lead Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen team in crafting hand-tossed, artisanal pizzas with precision and passion. You'll be responsible for consistency, quality control, recipe development, and mentoring junior kitchen staff to uphold the Jet's Pizza standard.
- 3+ years pizza/culinary experience
- Knowledge of dough fermentation
- Team leadership skills
- Food handler certification
- Ability to work evenings & weekends
- Passion for artisan pizza craft
Shift Supervisor
Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You'll handle scheduling, cash management, customer escalations, and ensure health & safety compliance.
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong leadership presence
- POS & cash handling proficiency
- Conflict resolution skills

Delivery Driver
Be the face of Jet's Pizza in the community. Deliver hot, fresh orders to our customers in a timely and friendly manner. Mileage reimbursement and tips included on top of your base hourly wage — making this one of the most rewarding delivery roles in Chicago.

Customer Service Associate
Be the welcoming voice and face of Jet's Pizza. Handle in-person and phone orders, assist guests with their selections, process payments, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile. No experience required — we'll train the right person.

Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Help tell the Jet's Pizza story to the world. Manage our social media channels, create compelling content, coordinate promotions, and analyze performance metrics. You'll work closely with the leadership team to grow our brand presence across Chicago and beyond.
- 1+ year social media experience
- Proficiency in Instagram & Facebook
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/PS)
- Copywriting & storytelling ability
- Analytics & reporting familiarity
- Food & hospitality passion a plus
